He is also licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant. He is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Member: State Bar of Texas, Denton County Bar Association, Cooke County Bar Association, Denton County Society of Certified Public Accountants, United States Bankruptcy Bar for the Eastern District of Texas, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Dallas Chapter Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves as general counsel for Denton County MHMR and does delinquent tax collection for Denton County.
