| Description | Camille is a 1978 graduate of St. Lawrence University. Upon graduation, she worked in the medical field as the managing director of a Florida hospital laboratory. Thereafter, she enrolled in Stetson University College of Law and was a member of the Stetson Law Review. She received her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Stetson in 1991 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that year. Camille focuses her practice on complex bankruptcy, commercial foreclosures and business litigation. She has represented businesses and lending institutions as creditors in commercial litigation matters in both the state court and bankruptcy court. She has also represented creditors nationally in business, retail and nursing home Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Camille has spoken on a number of occasions at the national level with respect to nursing home bankruptcies. Moreover, she represents consumer debtors, with a focus on contested matters, such as objection to exemptions, objection to discharge and fraudulent transfer cases. Camille is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. As a past-president of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, Camille has served in various capacities for the St. Petersburg and Florida Bar Associations. She is a member of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and she is also a member of the Executive Committee of the General Practice Solo Small Firm Section of the Florida Bar. In addition, she is the past chair of the Practice Management Development Section of the Florida Bar, and is the past chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. She has also held the Chair of the Membership Committee and the Membership of the Board of Trustees for the St. Petersburg Bar Foundation. In her spare time Camille enjoys tennis and boating with her husband and her dog Skipper. |
