| Description | Charles D. Grosenick is an attorney at the firm’s Carlsbad office. Mr. Grosenick’s litigation practice focuses on general business liability; professional liability; and environmental law. Prior to law school, Mr. Grosenick graduated in the top ten percent of James Madison University’s business school with a degree in business management. Mr. Grosenick then attended the University of San Diego School of Law graduating magna cum laude and finishing in the top ten percent of his class while being introduced into the order of the coif. During law school Mr. Grosenick was a member of the San Diego Law Review, writing a paper about strengthening the Endangered Species Act through incentivizing land owners to increase the population of critical species on their land through tax benefits. This interest in environmental law led Mr. Grosenick to intern at the Environmental Protection Agency’s headquarters during his third year of law school and publish a paper advocating for a nationwide plastic bag fee. Mr. Grosenick is also a member of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources and regularly attends Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group meetings. From clerking for a federal bankruptcy judge to working for a small employment law firm, Mr. Grosenick’s varied legal background helps ensure a well-rounded approach to all legal problems. |
