Case declined by Pinal County Attorney/No charges filed Felony Sexual Abuse; allegation of inappropriately touching the breast of a 12-year old family friend. Successful at having the case declined to be charged by the County Attorney’s office. Case declined by Pinal County Attorney/No charges filed Felony Public Sexual Indecency; accusation of 67-year-old male exposing and masturbating his penis to a 13-year-old girl.
