Mr. Culleton clerked for the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr., District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. At one time, he owned and operated a residential construction company.A native of England, Mr. Culleton received a B.Sc. from Exeter University, United Kingdom in 1984. He graduated First in his class from Temple University School of Law in 1996, receiving his J.D., valedictorian, summa cum laude. He was also a senior articles editor of Temple Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Culleton was an Israel Packel Memorial scholar as well as a Barenkopf scholar.Mr. Culleton is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. |
