| Description | Colby Conforti was born in Wilmington, Delaware and grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated from University of Miami with a B.B.A. Ms. Conforti went on to attend Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she received the Nova Merit Scholarship, and graduated with the distinction of Summa cum laude. She graduated in the top 5% of her class, was an editor of the Nova Law Review, and was a member of the Moot Court Society. After law school, Ms. Conforti joined a prominent defense firm, practicing both state and federal civil litigation. Her areas of practice included appellate advocacy, professional liability, complex commercial litigation, government liability, and general negligence matters. Ms. Conforti then joined the firm of Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, P.A. in August of 2017. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, franchise law, corporate law, real estate, and appellate practice. Ms. Conforti has significant experience in representing institutional clients and individuals in a variety of business disputes, including businesses and individuals in the restaurant, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical and beauty and health industries, among others. She advises both franchisees and franchisors regarding legal issues in connection with the operation of their businesses and general business matters. Ms. Conforti continues to represent clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings throughout the United States. Ms. Conforti is admitted to practice law in Florida, as well as before the United States Southern District of Florida and the United States Middle District of Florida. Ms. Conforti is admitted on a case by case basis around the country to represent clients in a variety of matters.
