She held positions of increasing responsibility in Fortune 100 consumer products companies, most recently serving as Assistant General Counsel for a nationally-branded beverage company. Cynthia’s concern and respect for our older population caused her to transition into private practice and focus her efforts on Elder Law issues, particularly asset protection for retired couples facing the unsettling prospect of a spouse requiring skilled nursing care and Medicaid planning for single or widowed elders. She is a member of various national, state and local bar associations, as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. |
