| Description | I grew up in Dakota County, in Rosemount, Minnesota. I received my post secondary education in the State of California where I practiced for more than two decades before returning to my home town.I have served as a mediator, arbitrator, and Pro Tem Judge. I have extensive trial experience, and have tried more than fifty jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. Thoroughly knowledgeable in the family law process, I have handled a number of complex family law matters involving: business valuations, forensic custody evaluations, complex tracing issues concerning assets of mixed character, and cases involving high earners. I have the experience necessary to guide my clients through the difficult and sometimes painful process of divorce and the changes that follow.My primary focuses are in family law and drafting wills. I am licensed to practice in both California and Minnesota, and complete extensive CLE in the area of family law in both states annually.
