Mr. Holland graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in 1981, and holds a Juris Doctorate from the Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D. 1985). He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1985, and the New Mexico Bar in 1986. Mr. Holland is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Holland became Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law in 1991, and is also Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law as of 1994. Delta Theta Phi.
