He is prior Chairman of the Estate Planning Section of the Utah State Bar, and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council, a former member of Primary Childrens Medical Center Planned Giving Committee, and has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Arc of Utah, and the Foundation for Homecare and Hospice, sponsored by Intermountain Health Care. He has been selected as Utah’s Legal Elite. Prior to attending law school, Douglas was a Tax Accountant with Arthur Anderson in Washington, D.C.Douglas and his wife, Kathy, have four grown children. He enjoys politics, travel, bicycling, skiing, gardening and photography.
