Practice Area Focus In the area of real estate law, Eric assists clients with the preparation and review of deeds, leases, purchase agreements, for-sale-by-owner transactions, property disputes, eviction matters, and more. Professional Activities Eric is admitted to practice in Ohio state courts and federal courts in the Northern District of Ohio. Outside Of Law Firm Eric was raised in Strongsville, Ohio and attended St. Edward high school where he was a member of the 2004 state champion hockey team.
