He graduated from the University of Vermont, Cum Laude, in 1990 and received his Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School in 1993.During law school, he clerked for the law firm of Conley and Foote in Middlebury, Vermont and for the Vermont Legislative Council. Fred was admitted to the Vermont Bar in 1993. Following graduation from law school, he served as the Campaign Manager for Lieutenant Governor Barbara Snelling in her successful 1994 reelection campaign. Fred assisted businesses seeking financing with the financial consulting firm of Savill, Bevin and Butler in Shelburne, Vermont.In 1995, he opened the Law Offices of Fred V. Peet, P.C. concentrating on representing buyers and sellers of real estate and mortgage lenders. He has served as an agent for Vermont Attorneys’ Title Corporation since 1995 and has been a member of the Vermont Bar Association since 1993.Fred currently resides in the City of South Burlington, Vermont. |
