With nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, Gary has handled acquisitions, development, and financing of retail shopping centers and office properties. In addition, Gary has significant experience in sophisticated leasing transactions as well as in mezzanine and permanent financing, including securitized lending.
