His practice includes products liability, commercial litigation, and other complex matters often involving high stakes litigation. Mr. Alcazar’s trial and arbitration experience includes representing product manufacturers, food producers, grocery retailers, maritime transportation companies, and custom homebuilders. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Alcazar was a litigation and trial attorney at Robins Kaplan L.L.P.Mr. Alcazar is a member and past president of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association and served as the Region XI President for the Hispanic National Bar Association. He also served as a Council Member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In 2015, Mr. Alcazar completed the ABA Tort, Trial, and Insurance Practice Section Leadership Academy and currently serves on a section task force and is a vice-chair of the product liability and trial techniques committees.Mr. Alcazar is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
