Since then, Mr. Markham has been admitted to practice in Hawaii, the U.S District Court for the District of Hawaii, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.Mr. Markham is an active member in a number of legal associations, including the Hawaii State Bar Association (President 2015), the American Bar Association, Hawaii Super Lawyers and Outstanding Lawyers of America. Mr. Markham is a lecturer at Kapiolani Community College in the area of torts, interviewing, negotiation and advocacy and a lecturer at the University of Hawaii, West Oahu in the area of Risk Management and Insurance. Mr. Markham was past President to the Board of the Hawaii Justice Foundation and is a commissioner on the Access to Justice Commission. He has significant civil litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including coverage analysis, personal injury, property damage, subrogation, products liability and construction law disputes. |
