She is admitted to practice before the New York State Courts, the New Jersey State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Berger has lectured at Pediatric Grand Rounds at teaching hospitals on issues concerning prevalent pediatric and neonatology issues. Ms. Berger has particular expertise in defending hospitals and hospital personnel, including attendings, residents and nurses, in a variety of lawsuits involving emergency room care, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, neonatology and neurology. |
