| Description | James joined Eglet Adams in August 2017. In his role as an Associate Attorney, James drafts pleadings, attends depositions and hearings, and is an integral part of the trial team. Prior to joining Eglet Adams, James worked in defense law and practiced as a sole practitioner representing clients in felony criminal trials, family court hearings and contract disputes.James attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Injury Management. He then earned a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Before obtaining his law degree, James worked as a licensed physical therapist, clinical instructor and rehabilitation manager for 14 years.James attended law school at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law earning his Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2015. While attending Law School, James worked full-time as a physical therapist and completed his degree as part of the part-time evening program. James is licensed to practice law in Nevada. He is a member of the Nevada Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.A Native Nevadan, James was born in Winnemucca and grew up in Pahrump. When he’s not working, James loves to spend time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys traveling, golfing and playing basketball. |
