| Description | As a member of The Florida Bar and with his background as a building contractor, Jeff became a charter member of the Florida Bar Construction Law Certification Task Force which set the educational and practice standards for Florida attorneys who wish to become board certified in construction law. Jeff was one of the first attorneys to be certified as an expert in construction law by the Florida Bar and may append the title Board Certified Specialist to his name.Mr. Price holds a Bachelor in History from the University of Massachusetts and Masters from the University of Illinois. After working in construction for a few years, he went to law school. Mr. Price obtained his law degree at the University of Idaho College Of Law where he was an editor on the Idaho Law Review.Jeff specializes in the area of design and construction defects, differential site conditions, unclear specifications, plans or drawings; constructability; construction management failures and delay damages, water intrusion and surety law.Dispute forums include arbitration, mediation, and litigation. Not only licensed in all state and federal districts in Florida, venues have included courts throughout the entire Southeast.
