Admitted to practice in the state courts of California and Hawaii, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the District of Hawaii, Mr. Windsor has tried cases to jury and bench verdicts and consistently obtained favorable results. In addition to being an experienced litigator, Mr. Windsor is a Certified Mediator, having trained at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and the University of California – Hastings College of the Law.
