Levi is admitted to practice law in Alabama, Florida, and Washington D.C. and is a part-time Assistant District Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit.Levi was raised in Luverne, Ala. and returned to his hometown to practice law with his father, John A. Nichols. He is married to the former Holly Odom of Andalusia, Ala., and together they have one son, Nash Levi Nichols, and attend the Mt.
