Recently, he was a member of a team that successfully obtained approval for a wood burning electric power generating plant in eastern Connecticut. He is active in school construction and open space acquisition projects. He successfully represented a Gulf War Widow in what is believed to be the first case in the nation to find that a military veteran’s pancreatic cancer was caused by exposure to the chemical lindane which was used in the delousing of Iraqi prisoners. He represents many clients in construction and contract matters. He has helped many businesses navigate the liquor license application process. He is currently serving as one of the lead defense counsel in litigation arising out of the Kleen Energy power plant explosion.
