Loken, United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit, before spending several years practicing commercial and government enforcement litigation at Ropes & Gray LLP in Washington, D.C. His roots near Fargo, North Dakota brought him back to the upper Midwest in 2012, and he joined Briol & Benson (formerly Briol & Associates) in 2013.
