| Description | Kelly M. Morton is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A., 1999), University of New Orleans (M.A., 2003) and Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center (J.D./B.C.L., 2006). After law school, Kelly served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mary Hotard Becnel. She is a member of the Louisiana Bar (2006) and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Kelly is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.Presently, her practice is focused on general defense litigation including premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, environmental and toxic tort, and general casualty.
