| Description | Born in Beaumont, TX, Kevin P. Hopper took an interest in the law shortly after graduating from Duncanville High School. Once he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1989, he went on to pursue his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. In 1993, Mr. Hopper proudly graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. From there, he decided to relocate to Raleigh, NC and open his own practice where he has been practicing law ever since. Currently, Mr. Hopper maintains a trial practice that concentrates on business, commercial and construction law, civil litigation and family law. At Hopper, Hopper & Mulligan, PLLC, however, his associates are also available to handle all aspects of criminal law, misdemeanors and traffic violations for the residents of Wake County and the greater Triangle area.
