Kristin has extensive litigation experience representing clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation. Kristin has litigated and settled pre-litigation cases for both six and seven-figure verdicts and awards. This success led to Kristin’s membership in the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an impressive group of trial lawyers who have won a trial, or settled a case, for $2,000,000 or more. Less than 1% of lawyers in the United States qualify for membership. Kristin believes passionately in fighting for the rights of injured persons. Kristin is not only an aggressive advocate and attorney, but she has tremendous compassion and empathy for her clients and their families. Kristin has represented thousands of clients and obtained multi-millions in personal injury awards and settlements throughout her career, however, it is her hard work, dedication, and empathy which allow her to form a special bond with her clients and gives her the determination to obtain the compensation and justice for those injured. In 2017, Kristin received the tremendous privilege and honor of being selected by the University of Oxford, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the world, to attend a Masters of Negotiation Program, which was an intensive weeklong international executive business program held at the renowned Saïd Business School at University of Oxford in Oxford, England. Kristin worked with international business leaders, international diplomats and world leaders, including renowned negotiators who were an integral part of Camp David Accords (the Middle Eastern peace treaty under President Jimmy Carter); negotiators working with the United Kingdom and Irish Republican Army; and international business leaders from the European Union who were integral in the negotiations and framework of Brexit. Less than 25 international applicants were accepted and bestowed this honor. Kristin was the only attendee selected from the United States. Kristin is considered an alumni of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Kristin not only aggressively represents her clients in order to obtain the maximum amount of compensation and justice for their injuries, but she also assists in lobbying efforts to ensure that the rights of all injured Nevadans are protected.Kristin is proud to have grown up in Henderson and to raise her children here, as well. Kristin was a graduate of the first four year class of Green Valley High School. Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University, in only 2 ½ years, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Kristin was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and Federal District Court, District of Nevada in 2002.Kristin has conducted Continuing Education Courses in personal injury law for fellow attorneys. Kristin donates her time and participates in fundraising efforts for many charitable organizations throughout Nevada.Kristin is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Nevada Justice Association, Citizens of Justice, Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Trial Lawyer Association.In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Jamie, their two young sons, and her family and friends.
