| Description | Kristina A. Bevenour’s practice focuses on labor and employment counseling and litigation, providing guidance to business leaders and human resources professionals. Kristina uses her past experience as in-house counsel with an international company based in Philadelphia to help clients achieve their strategic goals and business objectives, while limiting liability and risk. Prior to joining HomansPeck, Kristina served as in-house counsel for Lux Global Label Company and National Label Company where she not only handled employment-related legal issues, but also provided executive management with legal counsel across all areas of law. Kristina develops policies and programs for clients in all areas of labor and employment law and provides counseling regarding various issues including wage and hour matters, discipline and discharge, internal investigations, training, and policy drafting. Kristina also drafts and negotiates contracts with vendors, service providers, and employment agencies and advises management on limiting exposure to legal claims and government compliance investigations. During her time at Lux and National Label, Kristina served as de-facto general counsel, handling all litigation and overseeing outside counsel in tax and patent matters. Kristina previously practiced in the labor and employment group at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, and interned during law school at Pepper Hamilton and ReedSmith.
