Kyle joined the Bank at the beginning of 2020 following a successful career as an attorney at the Corbett Anderson Law Firm where he practiced for 15 years primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporations and real estate. Kyle has spoken at over 25 seminars for lawyers and CPAs across the region during his career and has successfully handled cases in both the Iowa Supreme Court and Nebraska Supreme Court. Kyle is on the Board Directors for the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel, Sunrise Manor Retirement Community, and is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Kyle is a past president of the Iowa Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Section and the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. In his spare time he enjoys hiking in the National Parks with his wife and daughters and serving as an adjunct instructor at Briar Cliff University, South Dakota State University, and the University of South Dakota School of Law. |
