| Description | Marshall was born in Jackson, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi College where he earned a B.A. in History. Marshall then attended Mississippi College School of Law where he earned his J.D. While in law school, Marshall worked for the Public Defender’s Office in Mississippi. He was also a member of the Mississippi College Moot Court Board. After law school, Marshall moved to New Jersey and worked in Elizabeth, New Jersey at the New Jersey Public Defender’s Office. While there Marshall represented individuals charged with all types of crimes in New Jersey. Thereafter, Marshall moved back to Mississippi and worked as a Staff Attorney for the Department of Corrections. Marshall handled public records requests responses for the state agency and worked in general litigation.After working for the Department of Corrections, Marshall worked for a private Immigration firm where he gained his immigrationexperience. He has experience in representing detained and non-detained immigration clients. He has represented individuals in their Bond and Master Hearings in multiple Immigration Courts around the United States. He also has represented clients with their immigration filings with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office. Such filings include U-Visa, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Affirmative Asylum, Adjustment of Status, Naturalizations, and much more.Marshall is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association.Marshall and his wife Kathryn live in Brandon, Mississippi. When not working, Marshall & Kathryn enjoy spending time outdoors with their two dogs. |
