He is an experienced trial lawyer, concentrating on real estate related matters, including construction, landlord/tenant, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and collection law. Mr. Yeager regularly represents clients in all aspects of their commercial and litigation needs, ranging from advance trial work to new business formation and management as well as the requirements of secured and unsecured creditors. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Connecticut, earning his B.A. in Political Science and History, Magna Cum Laude in 1991, and graduated from the George Washington University in 1994 with his J.D. degree. |
