With a Master’s in Forensic Science and prior experience as a review attorney in private practice, Max brings to his clients at Goldberg Segalla exceptional abilities in the review and analysis of documents associated with complicated workers’ compensation matters. His experience includes analysis of documents for litigation and regulatory investigations, as well as significant work in the evolving and increasingly important field of e-discovery.Before entering private practice, Max served as a legal intern in the New York State Office of the Inspector General, advising investigators and forensic examiners on legal issues regarding computer crimes and digital forensics, conducting complex financial investigations of public corruption and white-collar crime, and preparing and presenting cases for transfer to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He was also a legal clerk at the Crown Prosecution Service in London, the principal public prosecuting agency for conducting criminal prosecutions in England and Wales.
