Prior to joining Varner & Brandt, Meghan worked at a mid-sized firm representing government entities in eminent domain matters, identifying and anticipating issues during the planning phase of public transportation projects, and facilitating voluntary acquisitions of property rights instead of by eminent domain litigation when possible.
