Prior to his legal career, Mr. Joseph received degrees with honors in Political Science and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Oneonta. In 1999, he earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, Mr. Joseph participated in the criminal clinic, where he handled felony cases, for the poor of New Orleans, who could not afford an attorney and saw the injustice that runs rampant for those who cannot afford an attorney.
