Nicholas has tried numerous cases to verdict and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, including an intimate familiarity with the defense perspective and the workings of liability carriers and their claims professionals. Mr. DeCapua was born in Brooklyn, New York and served in the United States Navy from 1986-1994, where he received numerous commendations and an Honorable Discharge. After completing his military service, Nicholas attended St. John’s University where he graduated with honors and received his Bachelors of Science degree. He subsequently attended Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and received his Juris Doctorate degree. Nicholas has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2000, handling catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has significant experience in the areas of vehicular negligence, premises liability, negligent security and professional and medical malpractice matters. |
