Mr. Nowosadko practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on professional negligence defense. He has defended numerous physicians, nurses, dentists and hospitals as well as other members of the healthcare professions both at trial and in administrative proceedings. He also represents the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation in defense of defective highway claims and the Connecticut State Police in the defense of personal injury claims.Professional ExperienceMr. Nowosadko has extensive trial experience and has successfully defended professional negligence and other significant cases throughout the state trial courts. He has also successfully argued appeals before both the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court.Professional and Civic ActivitiesMr. Nowosadko is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut and Hartford County Bar Associations, the Connecticut Defense Lawyer’s Association, the Dartmouth Lawyer’s Association and the Connecticut Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
