| Description | Blake practiced law in his hometown of Bolivar, Tennessee, at Denton & Cary for six years prior to founding Grant & Sain, PLLC with his partner, Noble Grant, in 2016. Blake practices primarily in the area of real estate law, assisting individuals, families, and businesses in real estate transactions, and also in title examinations, title insurance, contract formation, leases and landlord tenant law, and business formation. Blake is a title agent for Fidelity National Title Group and an approved settlement provider for Investors Title and Title Center of the South. Blake also works with individuals in the drafting of their wills and power of attorneys, as well as with decedent’s heirs concerning their loved one’s estate through the probate process. Blake served as the city attorney for LaGrange, Tennessee from 2012 2016, and he has been the municipal court judge for Grand Junction, Tennessee since 2011. Blake is married to Melessa Sain, and they have a daughter, Livvy, and a son, Hagan. Blake and his family are members of Pleasant Plains Church of Christ. |
