In addition, she has extensive experience representing investors and investment sponsors in arbitrations and court. Ms. Dardashti has specialized knowledge regarding private placement investments including, tenant in common investments, non-traded real estate investment trusts, promissory notes and Delaware statutory trusts.In addition, Ms. Dardashti represents real estate professionals, insurance agents and brokers, attorneys and premium financing companies in professional malpractice and business litigation matters.Ms. Dardashti manages all aspects of litigation from inception and discovery through trial and appeals. She has successfully defended her clients disposing of cases in pre-trial motion practice as well as arbitration and trial.Among her trial and arbitration experience, Ms. Dardashti was an integral member of a trial team, and acted as second chair, in an action by an investor for recovery on outstanding promissory note. The egregious conduct by the defendant resulted in an award of $1.8 million, representing an award several times the outstanding amount due on the note.Ms. Dardashti graduated from Tulane University in 2008, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2013. Ms. Dardashti is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association. |
