| Description | Prior to becoming an attorney, Rich worked as a management consultant for Accenture, LLP, where he traveled extensively to client sites throughout the U.S. and Canada implementing business process and technology solutions for large insurance companies. As an attorney, Rich initially worked on behalf of insurance companies in legal matters involving the defense of environmental, construction, products liability, premises liability and automobile injury claims. Rich has litigated cases in every county in the state of New Jersey and many counties in New York. During that time, he saw that individuals were not always treated fairly by their insurance companies. In light of the above, Rich decided to start representing injured victims. Since then, he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases to favorable settlements and/or verdict. His efforts have resulted in millions of dollars and/or verdicts for his injured clients. He believes strongly in personal liberty and he always works hard for his clients. Rich was born and raised in New Jersey. He currently resides in Tewksbury. Rich enjoys helping out with his son’s little league team, fishing, and traveling. He also enjoys most sports and fantasy football. He is always ready to cheer on his favorite teams: the Yankees, Giants, Devils, and Nets. |
