Description | Ronald J. Richert was awarded his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Richert served as a member of the Dickinson Law Review and is a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in the study of Environmental Compliance. While at the University of Pittsburgh, he also participated in an internship with Laurel Legal Services and served as a member of the Judicial Board. Mr. Richert concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, toxic and mass torts, products liability and estate planning. Mr. Richert is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Richert’s professional associations include the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Richert is part of our Estate Planning, Civil Litigation and Toxic and Mass Torts Practice Areas. Attorney Richert has prepared and supervised many cases from the date claims are filed all the way through trial.
