| Description | Ryan is an associate with the firm. Ryan began his career with a two and a half year clerkship with Judge Gary S. Glazer in the Philadelphia Commerce Program. While clerking, he assisted Judge Glazer in the research and drafting of dozens of judicial opinions deciding multi-million dollar commercial disputes. He also aided Judge Glazer in analyzing legal challenges to the constitutionality of legislation, such as the Philadelphia Sweetened Beverage Tax. While in law school, Ryan was a member of Villanova’s Trial Team and Moot Court Board. He finished as a semi-finalist or finalist in several national advocacy competitions, and received The International Academy of Trial Lawyers advocacy award at graduation. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Ursinus College, where he was a member of the baseball and swimming teams. Ryan is also an Eagle Scout and continues his community service efforts today serving as President of his condo and Treasurer of a Fox Chase Cancer Research Center fundraising chapter.
