| Description | Originally from the Rochester, NY area, Sean gradually drifted south before settling in Raleigh in 2000. College took Sean to Dickinson College where he graduated with a degree in economics and an Army commission. After a year off, the next stop was Washington, DC where Sean earned a law degree from Catholic University and worked for two more years. In 1999, at the suggestion of college friend James Oliver, Sean moved to Raleigh where he joined James’ practice and eventually formed Oliver & Delaney, P.A.After returning from deployment to the Middle East, Sean and James merged their practice with Hatch, Little & Bunn, LLP in 2007. In 2013 Sean opened his own firm where he practiced for seven years (and another deployment), but he could not stay away from HLB. In April of 2020, Sean returned to Hatch, Little & Bunn, LLP where he serves as the Operations Partner and practices civil litigation.When not in the office, Sean spends time with his wife, two daughters, collie, and perpetually growing yard. Fall Friday nights will find Sean refereeing high school football games. Though he has more yesterdays than tomorrows, Sean remains a LTC with the U.S. Army Reserves, JAG Corps. |
