Description | Stanley is a partner in the private client and tax team.He is a founding partner of the firm Bergman Horowitz & Reynolds which merged with Withers in 2002 to create Withers Bergman LLP in the US. Stanley’s practice encompasses all phases of tax law, estate planning and trusts (both domestic and international), business law and advising on pension plans. His work involves devising plans that save income and death taxes and also provide asset protection programs for international clients. In addition to his law degree, Stanley is also a Certified Public Accountant.Stanley was honored with the prestigious lifetime achievement award from the Connecticut Law Tribune and is recognized by Chambers USA as a Senior Statesman in their High Net Worth Guide. He contributes regularly to various tax periodicals and co-author of a book on the design of pension and profit sharing plans which is part of the tax management service published by the Bureau of National Affairs.
