| Description | Stephanie was born in Lausanne Switzerland, after which she moved to Naples, Florida. Stephanie attended law school at the University of Ottawa in Canada and graduated Cum Laude with a Civil Law degree (LL.L). She furthered her expertise by studying Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law in Holland. She then moved back to Florida and went to the University of Miami School of Law where she acquired her J.D.With thorough knowledge of two legal systems, international laws and experience working in law firms and a corporation, Stephanie moved to California and took the California Bar. She then moved back to Florida and took the Florida Bar. At a young age, Stephanie became completely fluent in French, Italian, English and Spanish. She has had the opportunity to work and study in different parts of Europe and North America, giving her a thorough understanding of different cultures, customs and legal systems. Stephanie has been the point-person for arbitration and international matters, including cases involving foreign jurisdictions, laws and clients. She has worked in diverse corporate litigations and transactions, both domestically and abroad. Throughout her work experience, she has researched, analyzed and applied laws from the United States, as well as from several foreign jurisdictions. She has consistently produced appropriate strategies for clients and helped them improve the quality of their corporate systems and business relationships.With her experience, qualifications and language abilities, Stephanie can protect your interests and give you the service you are looking for.
