Vince specializes in drunk driving litigation and medical marijuana defense, in addition to a large variety of state and federal offenses.For two years in a row, the American Institute of DUI/DWI Attorneys has recognized Vince’s exceptional performance in the courtroom, naming him one of the 10 Best DUI Attorneys for Client Satisfaction.Vince has successfully advocated for and defended clients in all of the District and Circuit Courts in Southeast Michigan, as well as in Monroe, Emmet, Livingston, Washtenaw, Crawford, Gaylord, Kalkaska, Ionia and Grand Traverse Counties. He has also argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals, and prepared and filed briefs before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.Vince joined Flood Law in 2010, during which time he prepared motions, briefs and legal memoranda for a variety of complex legal issues in the criminal and appellate practice groups.During this time, he specialized in Fourth Amendment issues regarding search and seizure, as well as unlawful police stops.
