Vin then helps his clients to understand the pros and cons of each strategy so that the client may make the best decision for themselves and their families. Finally, Vin assists the client to carry out whatever strategies the client has decided is best for them. Since November of 2000 Vin Casiano has almost exclusively dedicated his practice to serving seniors and their families. His practice focuses on helping his clients with Medi-Cal Eligibility, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, Probate and Elder Abuse Litigation surrounding these areas.
