He became disgusted with the insurance industry ˜s low ball practices and tried a stint with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation but while hired to monitor prison staff he became sympathetic to those very same correctional officials. He felt a renewed mission in life obsessed now with representing the oppressed,downtrodden and victims of corporate and insurance company abuse. He has tried some 75 jury trials to verdict winning in both settlements and verdicts in excess of $50 million dollars. William loves mentoring junior attorneys encouraging them to be part of the only 3% of attorneys who actually try jury trials. He is a very proud graduate of the full flagship Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. He is infinitely proud ,touched and honored to have personally been taught trial techniques by the legendary Gerry Spence and some of his proteges. William volunteers as a mediator for Ventura Superior Court,is a Judge Pro Tem and a Kung Fu master. He speaks French,Hebrew,Italian and Pig Latin.
