| Description | William H. Zimmerman, Jr. joined Eron Law in April 2014. He has practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization, and commercial law since receiving his J.D. in 1979 from Creighton University School of Law. A 1975 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bill was admitted to the bar in 1979 in Nebraska and subsequently in 1982 in Kansas. He authored a chapter of the Kansas Bar Association Bankruptcy Handbook (2nd Edition 1986) and served as an adjunct instructor in bankruptcy law at Wichita State University and Newman University from 1985 through 2005. Bill is a past president of the Kansas Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and has served as Chair of the Committee for Title Standards Examination as well as the Banking and Corporate Law Section of the KBA. In 2002, Bill was honored by the KBA with the Pro Bono Publico Award and currently he serves on several local Bar Association Committees. |
