| Description | Tom graduated from the University of Alabama with a B. S. in Civil Engineering in 1970. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1973. He has been a member of the Alabama State Bar since 1973. The areas of law in which Tom primarily practices is real estate, probate and estates, insurance defense, construction and contractor related matters and family law. Tom is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is able to practice in all State Courts in Alabama. Tom is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. In the past Tom has taught many legal continuing education seminars. |
