As part of a national default firm, she represented mortgage lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy actions and advised clients on compliance matters. She appeared in Bankruptcy Court in all districts of Florida and Georgia and was a frequent participant in Florida’s Mortgage Modification Mediation program. Ms. Blanco has also litigated Adversary matters as attorney for the Chapter 7s Trustees in the Northern District of Georgia. She was a presenter at the North Georgia Chapter 13 Trustee Training on bankruptcy rules and forms revisions and participated in a panel at the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Group Meeting (MACBAG).She received her Bachelor and Law Degree from Stetson University and is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bar.
