| Description | Mr. Winick, an experienced litigator and underwriting attorney, has been licensed since 1996 to practice law by the State of New Jersey and, thereafter, by the States of New York and Maryland in 1997 and the District of Columbia in 2000.Throughout his career, Mr. Winick has worked in mid-size and small law firms, concentrating his practice on general litigation, commercial and corporate transactions. As a natural progression of his clientele’s needs, Mr. Winick established a small and successful settlement company in 2003, handling residential and commercial transactions throughout Maryland, Washington D.C. and the Commonwealth of Virginia. During the next ten-years, Mr. Winick began focusing his work on all phases of real estate transactions, including title and finance. Routinely handling commercial transactions, commercial workout, construction contracts, construction litigation, and commercial lease negotiation and drafting. He currently serves as counsel to commercial and residential investors, as well as several regional and local banks.
