Prior to joining Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C., Brian was an Associate at Strindberg & Scholnick, a plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brian successfully represented clients throughout litigation, achieving favorable results both in and out of the courtroom. For example, Brian’s effective advocacy at mediation resulted in a substantial settlement for his client. The settlement was one of the largest his firm ever obtained in a case before the Utah Antidiscrimination and Labor Division. During law school, Brian served as an Articles Editor for the law review, was a Teaching Assistant in Legal Writing, and started the Student Immigration Law Association. He earned the Pro Bono Certificate of Service and won the Outstanding Achievement Award in Law Practice Management. Brian also worked as a law clerk at the Disability Law Center, where he focused on employment discrimination and civil rights. Brian is fluent in Spanish and is learning Korean. |
